Goods may be returned to us unused and in perfect condition within 14 days of dispatch for exchange or refund. Any shortage of Products or any visible damage must be marked on the carrier's delivery note.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
Please contact us for more information before returning items. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery - ideally we would like any damages noted at the time of delivery when signed for, or for the delivery to be refused (this will enable us to claim on our carriers).
If a customer changes their mind we will collect and credit less 25% of the value of the goods and a collection fee applies (Abru £15.00 and Fakro £40.00). It is your responsibility to ensure that you check platform height, overall height and weight before placing your order.
